Which are the coolest moderately priced tops?
The high 20s is now common for a morning ride in Cyprus and my DHB short sleaved top gets quite warm. I have taken to wearing a white Nike base layer T-shirt ( the sort with holes). That is much cooler and less sweaty, even if it looks a bit scruffy.
Any recommendations for moderately priced cool cycling tops from UK suppliers?

I'd look at something made in southern Europe. UK made stuff is on the whole geared towards UK climate, ie windswept islands in the North Atlantic. The thinnest jerseys I have are from Campag and NaliniNeil
