tyres on my new bike

always had thick knobbly tyres on my mountain bike , my new scott scale came with 2.1 inch scott manx tyres as its set up for going fast , im half on road , half off road , should i go fatter or keep them ???

    You choose your tyres based on what you're riding that day. In the long run it's better to have a selection of different tyres to choose between rather than a compromise, do it all tyre.

    by off road im mean trails and canal paths , nothing to mountainous.lol

    2.1 should be fine for that.

    I use 2.1 on a full sus, mainly singletrack, no problems at all.
    I don't do smileys.
