Bottom bracket spindle length question

Hi,
I've taken a Truvative Isoflow triple chainset off one bike - the bottom bracket was 68mm with 113mm spindle length (square taper).
The bike that i'm putting it on has a 73mm bottom bracket shell. When I buy the new BB, do I still need 113mm spindle length, or will this mean that the chainline is 2.5mm out (does 2.5mm even matter)?
Any advice bike people?

still use a 113 axle."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
