British accents that do it for me (in a woman) are Cheshire / Derbyshire way and better spoken Geordies like Lindsay Hipgrave. Other than that a nice latina accent and some French (Sophie Marceau).

I went to Uni with a girl from Wigan. She was pretty much a fella and used to drink bitter but her voice was pure filth.

Latin Spanish is nice for the bedroom athletics partner. For those times when something a tad more sophisticated is called for, then it has to be a soft French accent I think. Welsh can very nice too.

If I ever need to become celibate, then I’ll surround myself with American and Australian ladies (and I of course use the term 'ladies' loosely). Or anyone that speaks estuary or any other pidgin dialects.

Being from Preston, I do have a a bit of a nothern accent. My girlfriend says she finds it attractive.

My girlfriend has a Welsh accent as she live in Cardiff and I have grown to like it. But she is half Italian so suppose it's a bit of give and take.

I hope, then, that she's got more generic South Wales accent than a full on Cardiff accent which is quite different from the rest of South Wales.

A bloke shows the difference quite well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIQcuejDXTQ

(Bizarrely, despite living in Cardiff for 16 years, the only Welsh accent in can put on is a Swansea one). I'd love a rich Port Talbot accent like Richard Burton

As for sexy accents, I'm strange and a girl with a Northern Irish accent does it for me.

Well she lives like 15-20 mins outside Cardiff. I don't know the different Welsh accents and to be honest that video didn't make it any easier. She has just got a Welsh accent lol.

That's not really Cardiff then. Be glad - a full on Cardiff accent isn't going to be voicing sexy commercials any time soon.

Not partial to a bit of Nessa then?

I'm just glad my wife's mum knocked the Newport accent out of her, couldn't bear all those extra s's!

Actually I agree with you on the Northern Irish accent too just not a full blown Belfast one!

I used to work with a girl who had a really sexy voice, just something about it. Mind you, her great legs and bum might have helped me like her more :P

Where to? By 'ere? Cos I loves it. It's lush. It's amaaaazing.

I worked in Spain for a short period of time and really enjoyed the Spanglish ladies.

Best episode was once I was waiting outside the car park with one of the English translators for our car to come and she asked me:

"Mark, do you like the bitch?"

Before I could answer, she launched into

"I love the bitch, especially when the bitch is warm....I like to lay on the bitch and just relax"

It was round about then that I started to realise that she meant beach, but the visual imagery was so overpowering, that I will never forget that conversation or fall out of love with that accent.

And yes, I do love the bitch.....

Another for the Irish. Always been a fan.

My new dentist (god knows what she's doing here) not only looks like a hybrid of the Corrs (and no Jim included) but she could probably take a jackhammer to my molars without an injection and me flinching providing she continued talking throughout.
