Dear All
Mrs Carrock and I and others are cycling from Coast to Coast ( 165 miles ) on the 10th, 11th and 12th June to raise money for Cancer Research and for Calthwaite School book fund.
Around the same time, other friends and family are walking the length of Hadrians Wall ( 84 miles in 4 days )
The start date for the ride is 7 years to the day since my Dad died of Cancer, although we didn’t realise that when we planned the ride.
We would be grateful for your support- donations of £2 upwards can be made quickly and easily on line using the following link
http://www.charitygiving.co.uk/calthwaitessg?sms_ss
Gift Aid will ensure that additional money in the form of tax relief is reclaimed from the Treasury.
Much is made of worthy causes- I can think of no worthier cause then helping to find a cure for a terrible disease, and helping to educate our children.
Many Thanks
Carrock and team c2c
