Hi All

1) Pre condition - front brake (formula b4) very spongy almost no braking power.
2) Performed 2 bleeds (I wasn't sure if the 1st one had worked)
3) On 2nd bleed, air was constantly flowing into (small bubles) the caliper bleed syringe, got as much out as possible (stopped after approx 5 mins of doing procudure)
4) Whilst bleeding lever it also was constantly giving air into syringe.
5) Whilst depressing the lever syringe to create a vacuum the lever was very spongy indeed. (is did attempt to remove as much air by pumping the lever a few times, not too many).
6) closed off and replaced bleed screw

Front brake still same, does not want to work?

Any ideas at all? and how I can service this myself?

thanks all

Graeme

it's a 2004 bike - so I guess this is an issue of age.

Can seals be replaced? or am I looking at just biting the bullet and sourcing a new front brake?

thanks for the reply by the way, appreciate it.
