Tektro IO upgrade

Currently use tektro IO mech disks 160mm rotors, and looking to upgrade. Is it possible to upgrage just the calipers and keep the rotors providing they are compatible??

    you would do better fitting a bigger rotor to the front like a 180(5) but yes you could fit a BB% or BB/ caliper.
