I did a real live big boy scalping.

It's rare to even see another cyclist on my commute let alone one I can catch and pass with a weeks worth of food, a couple of days clothes, my heavy bike and food loving legs.

it was a proper one too, head down pedalling, pushing a fast gear, none of this BSO tat from Tesco & he had slicks & spd's.

    Was that because the week of driving aversion therapy you've just done? There's nothing like a stint behind the steering wheel to give your legs a rest and give you an appetite to push the pedals more than 3 inches down.
