Replacing bottle cage mounts in the frame

I have noticed that the threaded inserts for bottle cage bolts have come loose in my Giant tcx 0. How easy are they to replace and where would I go about getting them? Is it a LBS job?
Any help or advice would be much apreciated

LBS or an engineers shop.

thanks, will take it in LBS this week. You dont think they will have damaged the frame in any way at all?
