after a bit of thining and organising in the bike shed i now have a lovely on one Carbon 456 as my only bike for all things MTB. i am looking at fitting a blick spire stinger to help preserve the carbon from the chain dropping off. i have read that as they are 3mm think instead of the 2.5mm of the bottom bracket washer that it putd the chain line out. my question is with a double and bash set up will i really have any problems with a 50.5mm chain line instead of a 50mm chain line.

any help

thanks :?:

nope BUT you may have other issues.

what is the rest of the kit? cranks?
    BB?
    what is the BB width....

you will be fine. just make sure you are aware of any play if some starts.

    I run a 5mm carbon plate with XT on a 73mm BB.

RF or Sram and no way.
