Been awake since 6, can't sleep, not going to move as children will then wake!
Well at least I've planned the rest of my weekend in my head?

Right back to doing nothing for another 20 mins, then shower and bacons

kids were up too early here too, little sods. Now because they are tired, they're being whingey and constantly fighting. If they don't stop it, they'll both be left in a ditch with backwards heads!

Today involves not doing a great deal. It's windy and raining outside. Grocery shopping will be delivered a bit later and in the mean time, I'm trying to keep the kids from killing each other whilst thinking about where to go for tomorrows ride.

I need to leave someone in a ditch with their head bacwards... They owe me money but decided going out partying was more important.

    Good Morning Freaks!

Up early to make Mrs C breakfast in bed. She's heading off to the allotment shortly, so getting in a cheeky ride this morning.

Off to cinema later for Pirates of the Caribbean, then dinner out.

    Laters...

Right, that's the new mech hanger fitted and everything lubed up ready for tomorrows ride.

Actually, while I remember, has anyone else ever used that fork lube called "Brunox Deo"?

I'd always just wiped the stanchions and seals down with Epic Ride before and had no complaints, but I spotted this for like £4 at CRC so thought I'd give it a bash. I can honestly say it does make a difference. Richie tried some on his Foxs while he was here too and he agrees. It comes in a single squirt can, and should last forever.

If you get chance, I'd definately recommend giving some a try.

    O'hai :D

Never mind the Brunox, have you fixed your brakes and gone tubeless yet? Or at very least bought some tubes that don't snakebite every time you so much as look at them

    Brakes sorted

Tubeless is a different matter still undecided on doing them though I suspect I will get round to it.

Looking into the tubeless thing I'm thinking I'm as likely to rip the tyre apart so 'I'll still need an inner tube

Also i might try some form of thicker inner tubes

Nought wrong with Norwich, apart from the fact theres nothiing to do.

    I'll move out one day.

Up early for a 50 mile road ride with a couple of mates, then back for 11.15 so the wife can get her haircut. As we get back a massive pile of sausage sandwiches on the table :) she is in the good books.

Afternoon of quality time with the kids before going out for dinner later - it's going to be messy!

I actually had an extra 4 hours in bed compared to usual, awake at 10 o'clock. Today and tomorrrow I'm basically doing nothing.
