Livestrong New Forest Ride- refund issues

Hi
This is my first time posting but a question.
I booked on to do this ride in april this year but then it was postponed till October and I cannot make it. I followed the T's and C's and sent a letter to get a refund and after a 3 weeks got emailed to see if they were sending me a refund. They emailed back promptly saying it would be sent, this was a month ago. I sent another email and they have not replyed.
I dont wana sound tight and I am more than happy to give to charity, but I cant help but think this ride is not quite kosha?
Anyone else have the same issues? or know the organisers? Can anyone shed some light on the situation?
