High Volume or High Pressure Pump ... What's the Difference?

I ride a MTB and had a look at the Lezyne mini-pumps (which fit inside a 750ml bottle along with a multi-tool, etc) but don't know if I should get a HV or a HP pump. My tyre sizes vary from 26x1.95 to 2.10. Any advice will be appreciated.

You need a high volume pump (high pressure is for road tyres) Remember mini pumps pump minimal amounts of air.0

Tyres high volume, low pressure. (If a 150psi track pump can be called low pressure).
Forks/shocks high pressure, low volume.I don't do smileys.
