Hi everybody,
Anyone got any opinions on using high pressure washers to clean a MINI? I mean those lance-type things made by people like Karcher.

I've heard that pressure washers can be bad. The pressure is high enough to force water into the bottom bracket. If this is true or not I don't know. However for the same money you can buy a sponge and a lot of 'Muc-off" (or similar) and it will get the bike just as clean - if not cleaner.
(I'm hoping Mini is just a typo for bike :P )Steve C0 -
My LBS told me to be really careful with pressure washers.
I actually don't think that they are particularly good for cleaning cars eitherROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0 -
Pressure washers are great in the right places, downright damaging in others, a usefull helping of common sense is required when using one, especially the high pressure ones.
