After Floyd threatening a scorched earth policy during the AToC, it seems Lance and co don't have to worry about a Floyd beer and chatting party.

'Hamilton says Armstrong told him he did fail a test in 2001 given during the Tour de Swiss, an important event right before the Tour de France.'
Both only know through Armstrong and he *could* have made this up to impress/show power etc.0 -
