Setting up mech disc brakes

Got the Gryphone disc, setting it up now. Adjusting the silver bolt on the spoke side moves the that pad on the wheel side, but how do I adjust the pad on the outboard side?
Say... That's a nice bike..

    if they're tektro io, you just do it with the cable adjuster

    you can download the service manual from tektro's website
