Signed up for it last weekend. Took cash from my account on Tuesday.

I click on anything to get it started and the login appears (as expected).

It doesnt recognise my email address. click on forgotten password = same, 'unrecognised address'.

So I can't log on. I sent a mail to them yesterday, no reply.

Is there a back door way to get in?

Crap service. If this is how it is generally I won't be renewing.

I missing the Giro.

Have you tried using the username you gave when you signed up instead of the email address? That's what I had to do. Unfortunately, when you type in your email address, as you say it says 'unrecognised address', implying that you should be using your email address to log in, which is not true!

    Thanks, tried that. No difference.

I simply don't exist on their site. Can't even validate the email address it seems

Eurosport sent me 4 confirmation of payment emails (all the same), 3 welcome to eurosport emails all with different numbers on (I've tried to validate them all without success) but only 1 payment receipt and they've only taken 1 payment thankfully.

Obviously something drastically wrong with the site.

Have to wait for them to reply now. Total sh1te.

Generally the service is very reliable. However, they say they are undergoing a major service upgrade, during which people may experience log-in difficulties. Maybe you're falling foul of that. On the couple of occasions I've emailed them, it's taken about 24 hours to get a response.

The service is good once you get in, but their customer service is SH**TE. It may take 3 - 4 days to get connected. I know their undertaking maintenance etc. at the moment. Good luck.

    Thanks everyone.

Assume that's it. Looks like the payment side went through but I havent been registered as a user. :(

Resigned to not seeing the Giro now. No point in getting wound up about it.

Cheers, I'll try that as a stop gap.

That happens with me whenever I try to go straight to the TV area. Try clicking on the home page first, log in on the home page, and then go to the TV section.
Often I find the dialogue box pops up even when it shows me logged in on the top right. Just close the dialogue box and click on the channel you want.

As said earlier, the service is a bit patchy at the moment with the maintenance, but don't give up on the Giro!

    +1

It's taking a couple of attempts at the moment. Sometimes I get around it by refreshing after having entered my log on details and it then goes to TV or sometimes I have to enter log on details a couple of times and it goes through.
    I’m a sprinter – I warmed up yesterday.
