    Morning crudites just woke up from another good nights sleep, that's now two nights in a row I must be ill or something. Got a pretty easy day lined up today at work but no Bacon that issue needs resolving asap

    Good Morning Freaks!

    What an absolutely stunning morning today. Sunshine and no wind at all. 8) Which is nice as I’ve got the afternoon off. Was going to do some fettling and get my hair cut, but might have to fit in a couple of hours riding to make the most of the weather.

    That said, not sure I’ve got enough food with me to ‘carbo-load’ enough for a ‘serious’ ride. Might see what the canteen’s got that isn’t deep fried and covered in grease. If they haven’t, might just take the hound out for wander later.

    Also, it looks like the ladies’ changing rooms at work are fixed, so no more ‘short’ commute every other day.

    Yah morning all and what a fine morning it is. Rode to work on the R1 it's a bit like taking a shark to the swimming pool but hey ho.

    Suspiciously quiet on the Chase last night and sketchy under the trees after the earlier rain but otherwise most excellent.

    Started work at 7.00 with an inspection of Felixstowe, mainly the seafront, which is a pretty good way to start a sunny Thursday.

    Bit of win yesterday too, been given permission to do the 50Km on one mini marathon at Dalby in July, a whole weekend camping and cycling WOO! all I need to do now is find some hills to practice on, it's a bit flat here.
    Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

    Morning, just pretending to do work in the uni library. Just been on the phone to Guernsey where they've offered me a interview, and are going to pay to fly me out and put me in a hotel. Very excited!

    Work followed by work, then inteviewing people for work, then some more work before i do some work then go home. Ho hum, soon be tea time. Hopefully my bracket will have arrived for my brakes so i can finnish off the Heckler :D

    morning all!

    Today is my friday as i am at a mates wedding tomorrow, who the fark gets married on a friday, i ask you! but hey it gets me the day off work without any arguements!

    Saturday is my best mates stag do's in birmingham, and its baywatch themed, i have theremore just ordered a pair of red baywatch short shorts for the occassion! Watch out ladies, these are short shorts!

    My new flash arrived for my Olympus, going to try it at lunch time, looking forward to being able to take really good pictures in low light, you know for the momento shot of in ditch, head backward activities!

    well today has been not too bad so far and now enjoying a lovely starbucks with the days paper and added bonus of free upsize and take out price on my muffin (it pays to be nice to the staff)

    Minion is tidying up. It's quiet annoying bein asked if she can throw this out, and then this. Ah well, it's keepin her busy.

    Not had much sleep last night, went to the pub which was quite nice, I'm enjoyin havin house mates again, I feel sociable.

    Anywho's, I'd better do a bit of work before I take my dinner.

    Another day of tax tax and more tax. But sun is shining and the bike is loading in the car to have a quick nip round Cwm tonight which is tidy as we say in THE Newport ;p
