Any good routes/trails to ride in Pemrokeshire (Wales)

I was wondering if there are any good places to ride around Pembrokeshire, preferably around the St David's area (north west). Trails, off camber, hidden routes, anything that has good mountain biking there

Not a lot!
Depends what you're looking for though... There's the Preseli hills if you like that kind of thing? You might like it - open/wild (I like trail centres). Also there are bridleway routes which can be linked up.
The coastal path is for walkers only - quite technical in places and impossible to pedal in parts. There is one very small section "legally" open to bikes on the Castlemartin MoD range (South), it's wide, flat and easy, but the views are pretty stunning.
Canaston woods are supposed to mtb trails, but there isn't an actual route - nothing technical.
Pembrokeshire is about the only county in Wales where MTB doesn't exist... Well, when you compare it to the rest of Wales anyway! Surfing is the prefered sport, head to the neighbouring counties for the best MTBhttp://i556.photobucket.com/albums/ss9/ ... lurLT2.jpg

Well that's disappointing
Where are the good bridleways? I surf also but when the conditions are poor mountain biking is just what I wantCarrera Vulcan '09 - FCN 110
