Rider down tonight: Cheyne Walk

Just before the Lotts Road turning. Anyone know if the rider's ok? When I went past, there was an ambulance on the scene and the rider was on a stretcher being given (i think) oxygen.
FCN 2-4.

"What happens when the hammer goes down, kids?"
"It stays down, Daddy."
"Exactly."

    I came past a bit later and there was a second ambulance and two police cars. Traffic was backed up all the way to Chelsea bridge! There was a bike propped up against a tree which didn't appear to be too badly damaged though, so fingers crossed.

    Hopefully they are OK. Riding conditions were poor last night.
