im 13st......ok maybe 13.5st 
what sort of pressure do you guys run on your 100mm shocks? ive got fox F32's and a friend mentioned that they were of too high a pressure, he has 140's and runs 90psi in his, can i run that low or with my shocks being shorter travel will they tend to bottom out more?

add whatever air pressure you need to give the sag you want.

so what would define the correct amount of sag?0 -
Try 25% to start. Go and ride - how does it feel? Too soft? Bottoming out frequently? Try 20%. Too hard? Try 30%.0
