Hi there

Fairly new to cycling and looking for anyone who would like to make up a ride with me on saturday afternoons.

Ideally would like to make it a regular event of about 80 miles or so with a few good hills. I have a couple of routes that I do but up for any others if you prefere

I normally set off from folkestone about 2pm

Get in touch if you'd like to join me

Andy

    Anyone???

Really looking for others to push me to improve and saturday pm is my only set time for cycling, the rest is randomly fitted around work

Currently putting in base miles to build endurance. Doing 150-200 miles per week depending on work. and the wife

Averaging between 18-21mph depending on type of route. Today was 48miles ave 20.6 on a relatively flat but very windy route -2500ft climbing

Want to get hill work in on saturdays as part of a 4hr+ ride
Previous saturday ride was 78miles approx 5900ft climbing 4hr06 desperate to improve

    hope someone's out there

    Yeah, so does Activ

Trying every avenue really...the more people I ask the more chance there is

I have a very specific time for the long rides which is saturday afternoons and at the moment most are either racing at the weekend of using sundays for a long ride.

I'm more than happy to do these rides alone but it would be good to meet some others with similar goals i.e to push and improve

So in a nut shell can't do Monday,Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. can't do Saturday morning can't do Sundays, that cuts out most of the organised rides around here.
