Bluemels mudguards?

just bought a set of "Bluemels/ SKS " mudguards anyone ever heard of them?

i was going to get crudcatcher "blades" but the guy in the bike shop said they wouldnt of fitted my 28's (marathons)

    SKS mudguards are superb. Bluemels are their lower-end ones, but they're still ace. I have the silver ones on my rainy bike.

    great stuff, they only cost me about £20 which i think is cool

    been told they can a bit of a swine to fit, i know what im doing tonight

    oh also got some M063 shoes to go with my 520 pedals which i still havent fitted

  • They can be a swine if you use all of the pieces. There are covers for the ends of the stays which you can't fit before you cut the stays, but you don't generally know how short to cut the stays until they are all fitted together.

    Personally, I just left those bits off, and have suffered the occasional scratch to my legs. :)

    Fiddly to fit but worth the effort.

    I've just bought one of these and waiting for it to arrive, hoping the mudguards will fit through!
