so i have a 3rd/4th cat race lined up for start of june. had done a fair bit of training in april but at start of this month i managed to pick up a knee injury (slight tweak of ligament). seems fine now and hopefully going to try a bit on the turbo later.

my question is, after 2 weeks off the bike how much fitness will i have lost?
will 2 weeks be enough to get ready? and if so what would you focus on? intervals?

Might be worth posting something in the training section but my view is that after two weeks off you will probably be better than ever (tapering and all that). In other words, don't worry about it since you cannot lose good core fitness in that time but you should ensure that you don't overtrain trying to catch up because if you tweak your knee again due to overuse then that really is you fecked.

Good luck on the turbo spin session. I usually find that after injuries the area affected can moan a bit and it is a bit tricky trying to work out if you are damaging it or helping it :?
