Sell as is - or spend money?

Hi people,
Have a dilema,
I am looking to sell my winter trainer and wondering whether I should look to spend some money on it to get a better price for it or just sell it - as is?
The bike is a Kinesis Racelight RC, with campagnolo 9 speed mixture of mirage, veloce bits in very good working order.
The problem is the wheels.
They are Old Mavic Kyseriums SSL's which are a bit worn.
The front wheel is true and no issues, but the rear is a bit buckled. There is currently 3mm play in the back wheel.
With the age of the wheels (circa 2005) the rear rim has some life in it (about a year the local LBS says) but the problem with sorting out the buckle is that they are suggesting that all the spokes get changed as well as the rim.
This is going to cost £50 for spokes and £100 for the rim, which seems a bit excessive for a bike I am then going to sell.
Should I just responsibly sell the bike 'as is' or should I look to replace the rear wheel or buy an entry level wheel set to sell with the bike, then sell the good mavic front on it;s own and then sell the rear wheel as a 'to be worked on item' or even strip down and recover money by selling the shimano and campag freehubs I have for it?
Opinions VERY welcome.
Thanks,
Dru

Unfortunately I have too many bikes and need to shift this one to get a cx bike (that will also act as my winter bike).... otherwise I would - I love the bike.0 -

Yes, this is what I am leaning towards, something like this.
It's I suppose what would I get with for the bike without wheels compared to what would I get with it?
The difference of £90 - perhaps, perhaps not - but I guess its a lot easier to sell a complete bike.
Also I would have a clear concious rearing the damaged rear rim.0 -
Advertise it honestly and sell it as is.0
