Interesting blog on eurosport today. How to beat AC, finish second and wait for CAS to ban him!

Have been walking round Tahoe in late June. A lake was still partly frozen on one of the trails.

I've heard that Channel 4's coverage of the TdF has increased the tourism to rural France over the years as it all looks so beautiful.

From what I can see, I'll be giving northern California a miss!

Fell asleep on the sofa while Brailsford was on.

Woke up and the boss had turned over to Eastenders.

Is it worth turning it back now or should I just go to bed.

    It looked frightfully dull

United Health Care, not Union. Chris Boardman is in attendance too.

Very boring scenery. Straight, flat roads and the occasional 90 degree bend.

Having driven parts of California with that kind of scenery I can atest to it's boringness. After a couple of hours I was desperate to find something interesting to look at.

I see that a lot of the teams are copying me by having the rear wheel of the bikes with a much deeper rim than the front.

Oooh look, a 90 degree bend!
