Anyone know where you can get details of the routes? Might sign up for the 55 mile option, but want to know what I'm letting myself in for!

Not at all, you get a few meatheads, but a hell of a lot of family riders, kids etc! fun riders, just type in Tour de vale into google images and it will give you an idea of ppl entering0
