A beginners guide to maintenance and upgrading?
Are there any good books out there to help a complete novice such as myself with what to look for and how to change bits on my road bike? Alternatively if there is anyone in Lincoln willing to share their knowledge and experience with cycle maintenance that would be great!

Tyres and wheels seem to be the best bang for buck upgrades. Otherwise I would just replace components as they wear.Dolan Preffisio
