How do i know when buying tri bars what length of extension i need on the bar?

290cm from wrist to elbow so I guess i need 280cm tri bars?0

I have and would recommend the oval concepts system that attaches via the stem plate, means a new stem also but it's the best solution i've seen in my opinion.
i have 120mm R700 stem, carbon single bend and alu s bend extensions, prefer the single bend. Carbon arm rests also as i picked them up on sale for a bargain.
Elbow to wrist measurement is 290mm and i reckon i'm as fast, stable and aero as i could be on the current bike.0
