Best Courses / Lessons @ S/Pines, Cannock, Lee Quarry

I am based in Mansfield and I "think" I am currently and intermediate rider.

I will have a go a most things, ride the easy Red @ SWP easily and fast with little braking, can pump / jump and ride berms etc but drop offs and big jumps make me stop and think.

Where and who would you recommend for the next step.

    I haven't been to the other two, but Cannock Chase (Follow the Dog and the Monkey) sounds about right. there's nothing there that will be too intimidating, but a few optional 'black' rock sections.

    Lee Quarry is like a big skills area with alot of different levels of trail all close together,Ed Oxley does courses up there but have not personaly been on one.

    Sherwood pines cycles shop has qualified MIAS instructors that do skillls coaching and guided ride.
