External BB compatablity
I have a double Tiagra 4500 chainset and the 4500 external BB.
It is creaking a bit and I will take it off and clean it etc, but I'm looking at a new BB. So would a 105/Ultegra/ DA BB compatible with the 4500 chainset?
They look fairly similar - I just wanna confirm there are no messed up compatibility issues that you can sometimes get where you do not expect them.

Yeah asked in the shop and they said it should be fine.
Got meself a bitchin' Ultergra BB.
Though I think I may have set the preload cap a bit tight....0
