need help please totem solo airs topping out

hi got some totem solo airs the are about a month old was riding fine yesterday and today got on bike and fork is topping out take off of jumps etc

have tried taking all air out of the fork and still does it turned rebound right down and tryed playing about with high and low speed compression adjuster but cant seem to stop it clunking and help would be very much appreciated thanks tony

    Probably best to send them back, if you are not confident in stripping and taking a look. Service manuals are availbale from SRAM.

    You add rebounbd damping to reduce it though, not turn it down.

    thanks for reply not too sure about stripping them back myself considering how much they cost me and had them shipped from the us from someone who brought them on a new bike but wanted triple clamps so never got used

    and know how to use the rebound seems to work but when the forks hit the top of the travel it make a noise instead of damping like it should
