Urban Glider electric bike

Our Urban Glider has been working OK for just over a year and now has a fault.

Turning on the power the power monitor lights come on briefly and then go out - so no motor.

I'm guessing it's some connection or component breaking down.

Any ideas on what to check and how to do it please?
