Epic fail here today... it's p*ssing with rain.. to add more misery to Stoke after their dismal performance at Wembley Stadium yesterday

I was soooo looking forward to a ride today, but I am not keen on getting full of Cannock mud and lugging the bike home in the back of the car..

Well, I guess it's another run late this afternoon... weather permitting *fail*

    Hungover - that is all
What if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?

got rid of the bottle cage mounts so i could put my seatpost all teh way down, so thats went pretty smoothly.

ran into some problems though, when regreasing the bearings i found that one of my pawl springs has snapped, HOPEfully HOPE will send a replacment, my pedals could do with replacing but i'v not got much money left, i need a new set of brake pads. all this 2 weeks before the race...
