Carrera hybrid is good but halford guys cannot build bike (Very bad experience I had).

No Kona size 20 there any more.

Not sure about Revolution Courier Race. Not sure if it is better than Carreera hybrid limited edition

Yesterday I test ride giant raipd 4, lovely speedy bike but it is only for road. I am looking for hybrid so I can get speed and can use as town bike.

You want a fast bike to ride around town? You want a road bike!
FCN 3: Raleigh Record Ace fixie-to be resurrected sometime in the future
    FCN 4: Planet X Schmaffenschmack 2- workhorse

Road and off road as well just 4 miles each way to my office.

Mainly on off road cycle track (not on mud).

I was using carrera mountain bike but it was nicked week ago. It was bit slow though.

Giant Rapid is very fast but It will not work off road track. Could I replace and use different tyre with Rapid.

Or a fast hybrid. How much do you use the drops around town? Because if you don't I seriously doubt you'll be going much faster than a fast hybrid, probably with worse braking to boot.

    I can see your point.

Many drops as it is a centre of small town. However half of journey is straight road with low traffic. This is where mountain bike is slow or I feel it is slow.

Wiggle have the 2010 Charge Tap for £330. Steel frame, flat bar, Nexus hub.

I recommended this to a friend last month, and he's been very happy with the bike so far. Now another friend has gone and bought one...

The 2011 model is £650, for no discernible difference I can see, so seems like a good deal

Good deal but no large size available. Only small.
