Looking at getting the Innovative Solution second wind carbon road pump (the long one)

Any comments / reviews from everyone on here?

I looked at these but don't really see the point. I use the Innovations micro CO2 inflator which works great on its own. I carry an Airstick as a back-up pump but never yet used it. When would you use the carbon pump bit?
