Basically, somebody claimed on twitter they'd knocked two cyclists off their bikes, and then drove away.
As the article from road.cc website says, 'do you know or see anyone getting kncked off their bikes in Richmond Park by a Vauxhall Astra driver'?

Further reading says it was a 'joke' tweet by a mate of his for which he has apologised as it was his phone/twitter account used so he took responsibility for the tweet. Initially LCC did post his details online but when the apology and explanation came forward they removed them.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
