2010 Specialized Hardrock Sport Disc stolen in Swindon

My 2010 Red and White Hardrock was stolen today from outside Electra House in Swindon, at 12:08pm (saw it happen on grainy CCTV, after the event...).
The bike lock was disabled and culprit made off with both the bike and the lock (rode off).
An accomplice watched from the other side of the road.
Any information that would aid in the recovery of the bike and/or in finding out the identity of the culprits would be greatly appreciated.
