What are these brakes? Can't identify the model

Hi,

A bit of a thicko's question here, but have just bought a new (to me) hardtail that has odd brakes on. I want to get rid of the fronts (they are Hayes) and match them up with the ones on the back, but I have no idea what the ones on the back are, other than that they are some kind of Hope Hydraulic. I've attached some pics - does anyone know the exact model?

They are not original to the bike, as I think it just had Deore Hydraulics on when new (it's a 2 year old GT).
