Anyone ride with these? How do they perform? Thinking about grabbing a set.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Very nice though, feel like i have a couple of blind spots when looking behind compared to my last rimless pair. the lenses are ridiculous though. So good. Well my polarized ones anyway.0

I have them and they are really good. Dont look so good off the bike but they perform well and you forget you have them on when riding. Just pimped mine by buying some coloured Jaws from Oakley so like em evem more now.0

I want all White, however they would look a bit naff off the bike I would imagine. Might go for the all black with positive red polarised lenses.0

I tried them and hated them (eyes streamed, poor periferal vision) - got some M-Frames instead and much much happier with them.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0

I swapped mine for some rudy projects0 -
Try before you buy, if they dont suit the shape of your face you will be dissapointed.
I have Jawbones and cant fault them in anyway.0 -
I have two pairs, one for off bike (Alinghi version) and one for one bike (Chrome BMX).
Most comfy glasses ever. But they don't suit everyone. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

Yep, got prescription VR28 Black Iridium lenses and prescription Transistions , quality of the optics is first class.0 -
I tried them but thought that they were a bit big so I bought the split jackets and def the best I have worn. Jawbones only a little smaller0

Mate has them and he says they mist up more in the winter as they have the bottom frame.0

Havent found that, they mist up eventually if you leave them on when you stop but that happens summer and winter.
Mine have never, ever misted up whilst riding.0 -

Sounds good - a few questions... How do you find the transitions lenses, are they good in all lights or are there times when they tint more than you want or vice versa? Did you go with vented lenses? Why did you get the other lenses as well? I have seen them on the Balance Optics website but need to check my prescription is within the limits as well as find a pair to try to make sure I don't look too daft0 -
Oakley do anti-mist lenses0

No problems with the Transitions, the level of tint is always fine for me. I didnt go vented as to the best of my knowledge you cant have vented prescriptions.
I bought the 2 pairs of lenses as I thought the VR28 Black Iridium would be to tinted for low light and in my opinion they are so I have the option of swapping to the Transistion lense another reason was I have a friend who works for an Oakley dealer and I got custom Jawbones, prescription VR28 and prescription Transistion for just £1600 -
What an amazing price - cost me nearly that for just a pair of lenses.
I also went for the Split Jackets rather than the Jawbones as I found them to big.
Transitions are a great everyday lens but I don't really find them dark enough on really sunny days or if abroad, but on a normal British day I wear mine daily.0 -

As other posters have said, great glasses if they fit your head shape. Make sure you try a pair on before buying.Trainee BC level 2 coach ... and that's offical (30th June 2013)
