First time poster here!
Looking for some wise advice, i'm looking for a hybrid bike, both for commuting to work but also im cycling over to france in the summer and also the devon coast to coast ride.
I've got a budget of 300-350, I'd prefer a new bike but obviously realise that with that budget I might have to go second hand.
What are peoples views on the Carrera Subway 1? Looks a decent bike and a good price, also the specialised sirrus?
Thanks in advance
Luke

You're honestly best off getting something with 700C wheels for road specific riding. I'd personally then be looking for drops, but each to their own...FCN 2 to 80

I just posted about this deal in another thread - I recommended this to a friend of mine who was looking for a London commuter that could do longer rides comfortably. We did London > Brighton in a day (50 mile route) and happily made it up Ditchling Beacon with loaded panniers. Might be worth a look!
