Garmin 705 data swop. Can I ?

I'm in the process of upgrading my computer O S from Windows XP to Windows 7.
I am backing up my files etc to a hard drive, but I cannot find where the data I have collected on the 705 over the last 3 years is and wether it is possible to back it up to reinput it into the Garmin training centre when the new OS is up and running.
Any one had experience with this, can it be done if so how?
This may be technical but I have children to help. :oops:

Right click on the folders you want to transfer - you'll see an export option. Export to a suitable folder and transfer. You can then later import it back into TC.0
