Return to Sherwood
Going back to Sherwood soon and staying at Centre Parcs. Last year they were doing the trail up and i had to start half way round.
Anyone know whats its like at the moment and where I best off starting from.
Also is there only the one trail over there although the numbered downhill sections are good.

Best place to start for the tame 'red' graded Kitchener trail is form the main cycle shop/ carpark - when I was there a few weeks ago the trails were riding fast due to the dry spell we have enjoyed recently. I doubt the bit of rain we have had has made a massive difference.
There is the red trail as mentioned above, and will lead you to the downhill area. There is also the blue route, but dont be afraid to dart off into any opening in the trees you spot, there is miles of unmarked stuff around Sherwood and much of it is better than the main trail!0
