I have a 90mm stem with a 6 degree rise. Just out of curiosity. Apart from changing my riding positon slightly. Would a 90mm 0 degree (flat stem) make handling of the bike any different?

It will be very slight - will lower the bars a fraction, and make the effective length a touch shorter. Try flipping your existing stem if you want a lower position.0

It's relative to the fork steerer, not the horizontal. Give it a try ;-)0
