Truvativ X-flow crank

I've been trying, with no avail, to obtain a replacement Truvativ X-Flow 170mm square taper crank for my wife's bike.
A number of shops claim to be able to order them but when I question in detail they turn out to be called an isoflow and none of them seem to be able to tell me if/or what the difference is.
Is an isoflow the same product by a different name?
Are there any alternatives?
Any pearls of wisdom on the above would be greatly appreciated

why?
it is a pile of crap crank? it can come in two fittings Powerspline or Square taper.
Xflow does not have replaceable rings the rest do."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I need a left arm crank to replace a damaged one
As it is only an entry level bike that gets used approx 6 times per year it would seem extravagant to replace the whole chainset whatever your opinion of its relative qualities, agree?0 -
If it is just the left arm, there are many that will fit.

Check length is the same though.0 -
as above just check the fitting as already mentioned."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
