Gooooood Morning Freaks!
Feeling pretty good this morning, good ride in, legs were strong on the climbs and the slight tailwind was obviously a bonus.
Youngest daughter's birthday today, so we're going out to the 'all the food you can possibly put inside your body before it explodes' Chinese restaurant this evening, so am going to have to pace my eating today.
Apart from that, I'm off to a meeting to discuss outdoor physical activity, which from my perspective, means cycling in all its many wonderful forms.

Including today, I have 3 days left at my job. Can't wait to leave, new job has c2w.. lol, I'm already thinking about what bike to get!!
Sadly though, the new job will be busy, so I won't get to sit on here all day as I usually do
Anyway, have a good day people!0 -
Moaning
A day of sitting on the sofa eating cereal I reckon. Although that's pretty much what I did yesterday, so I might read a book, just to mix it up a bit.

A belated good morning maggots!
This week is my 3rd month in the 'new' job. So far, so good, I am past my probatory period (so now I can act like a loon) and the management are happy with me
I will also be working from home more often, so less mileage, up to 4 hours of extra sleep on a weekday (when I don't stay in Basingstoke) and most importantly, an afternoon ride at Cannock
A week of win...
MissBint, I've seen that pic before, methinks you scanned it from a postcard or tourist brochure..
Unless I see you're pert ass in stockings next to that "horn" I don't believe you were there...0 -
Morning-ish to you all
Overslept this morning for the doctors, car battery was dead, it didn't stop raining on my trip to the docs, my self diognosed chest infection turns out to be a virus, may need surgery on my wrist and to top it all off it turns out i've been riding for the last 6 weeks with a broken thumb (no wonder changing gear has been painfull) so pretty much a morning of meh.
On the upside my blood pressure, colesterol etc is all where it should be, managed to grab a bacon butty on the way home and may , the sun is now out and i have the rest of the day to get out on the bike Oh and going to consume some beers later. so an afternoon of win i feelWhat if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?0 -
Trying to find somewhere in this town that I can go for a run without being run over, be running through a crowd or eaten by rabid wolves. Not working so far! Pain in the arse.
Bad morning Muttly, hope the afternoon does make it worth it! Bacon is a good start. A damn good start.

And which comment would that be? I make so very many...
Plus, you need to read more of Sheepsteeth's comments, at least I didn't say I wanted to see MissBint in a ditch alongside the horn..
Plus she knows I'm just kidding anyway0 -
