FSA Omega handlebar sizing

I'm going to be buying a new FSA omega compact handlebar but I don't have any experience with FSA's compact bars. My shoulder width is 43cm, and I was wondering if it would be better to purchase 42cm or 44cm bars. Will going with either make much of a difference since my shoulder width is in between?

    FSA will measure 43cm at the hoods

    I have them in 44, my shoulder width is a bit less. They are flared so narrower on the hoods and fit me pretty good.

    Would have never thought about whether they flare out or not. 44cm it is then. Thanks.
