Bike for two foot drops onto concrete

I have a Trek 3700 from around 2004 with 63 mm front RST shocks. I like doing numerous 2 foot (I measured it) drops onto flat concrete and also grass, and small jumps about 2 foot high onto flat concrete when I land. It seem a bit rough sometimes, and parts have come loose.

Is this a good bike for this type of activity or should I upgrade?

    Not really.

It's a cross country moutain bike. What kind of riding do you actually do?

Sounds like a strange pastime, but tighten them up.
