    ..... fail

Sometimes a problem is so specific that its not a simple catalogue search but requires the insights of the technically savvy. Thanks for you valuable input.

    then a buying question.

call TFtuned or look on CRC or any other big web stores.

but you will need to know which lockout cap and damping system you have as there are variations.

  • Hello,

my first post but I hope it helps

    download this

    http://www.sram.com/_media/techdocs/2011%20RockShox%20SPC_Rev%20C.pdf
look at page 12. just double check the model, I am no expert here.

Then I think it is item 17 please check first and as MrFimlo says check here for the product

    Petra Cycles have it.

Hope this is what you need.

zebrabanana i think the thing you found is for the left leg of the forks.the preload and the lock out are different bits but i was looking for one of those 2 weeks ago, wish id seen that it could have saved me a 2 week wait for a part.

  • Hainman, Thanks, sorry I am no expert on SRAM I am a dab hand at Shimano Tech Docs though, I've spent years staring at them and their beautiful part numbers.

The other thing to remember is that all UK SRAM parts come from the SRAM Tech Centre and are not distributed via their distributor, so when you have to wait 2 weeks for your retailer to supply then it is a delay at the SRAM Tech Centre. They work hard but stock taking ca be a little hit and miss.

Two Crucial links in my opinion

    http://http://www.sram.com/en/service/

But I am sure loads of people use it already right?

Mreilly-50 what is the part number you found? those numbers starting 11. etc can just be typed into the Petra Cycles search bar. I don't think even google can find them

    look
