roubaix internal cable routing problems

I have a rear derailluer that wont stay tuned. It doesnt matter who adjusts it. Ive even change the cable. It will be adjusted and queit for about one ride then it is off. Like it wants to miss shift, so I give a click of adjustment and it goes away. Then I shift and it comes back. So readjust the other way. Well it wont go away. Maybe it is the frame. Anyone hear of similar problems with '11 roubaix pro.
